What is APYM?
APYM is the Association of Professional Youth Ministers of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. It is composed of professional full and part time Youth Ministers, High School Campus Ministers, and Youth Ministry staff personnel.​

Mentorship

Youth Ministry is no easy profession. APYM is here to support  you and help you evade burn out. New Youth Ministers are offered a "seasoned" youth ministry mentor- free with APYM membership.

Professional Development

APYM offers 4 gatherings a year in order to provide professional development through pastoral, intellectual, human, and spiritual formation.

Prayer

Each APYM gathering offers an opportunity to re-center on the reason why you joined ministry in the first place: Christ. In community with your fellow youth ministers, bring to the Lord your parish, your young people, your struggles and joys in ministry.
