​Co-sponsored with the Division of Youth and Young Adult Ministry, the mentoring program is a MUST for new youth ministers (as well as those transitioning into a new position or returning to ministry after a hiatus)!

• Enjoy monthly face-to-face discussions on:
  • Recruiting and retaining youth and volunteers
  • Budgeting
  • Calendar/scheduling

  • Being part of the parish staff team
  • Advocating for yourself and your young people
  • Self care, sabbath, and prayer
  • Discernment about your professional future
• Help ensure your success in ministering to the young Church of Baltimore
